I get up an hour early in the mornings to workout. I have a 10 year old and a 1 year old. I also work full time. If I dont get my workout done in the mornings I know I WILL NOT do it when I get home.. Just to much going on.

I guess I should of been more clear from the get go... Im not saying I dont want to look like the 2nd pic.. I think she looks amazing.. and that is way better than what I look like now.. or I wouldnt be here.. I just dont want to have arms bigger than my husband.. LOL.

Maybe the pictures are a bit confusing.. I love the first pics leg muscles.. I even like the second pic's leg muscles.. However I do not want my arms like the second pic.. I like lean tone arms but not like 2nd pic. Does that make more sense?

First.. Get that bad food out of your house, out of sight out of mind.. Second- Chew gum. That seems to help me keep my mind off wanting to eat. Third.. have cut up celery or fruit laying around so you are more likely to grab those instead of chips. Fourth.. why have a non workout day.. Every day you should do some sort of…

See this is my worry.. You say your still fat, not bulking up but can tell your getting stronger.. I have 15 weeks to try and change my body as much as I can.. I NEED to see changes..

When I say bulk up I am not talking about looking like a man.. I just dont like Really toned arms on women. There is a fitness model Jamie Eason.. And I DO NOT like the way she looks.. I think it's gross... I like how Carrie Underwood looks.. Strong legs and tone arms..

And this is correct for women?? What is a good protein drink that taste good and is good for a women. Let me just remind.. that I am not wanting to get bulky AT ALL!!! :)
