I use the Advocare Chocolate Shake - mix it with Water, Ice and a fruit...blueberries or strawberries and a dash of cinnamon every morning for breakfast...I like mixing mine in the blender though so it's like drinking a chocolate shake ... found it's easier for me to drink than just mixing it up like chocolate flavored…

LOL i can so relate!!! I tell you there is nothing quite like a real Coke!!! and I sure do miss them !! and the water is so hard for me to choke down too.. glad we're all having the same issue !! :)

Almond butter is very good but you have to refrigerate it after you open it. It is a little more expensive and can be kinda hard to find although i know Kroger and Randall's both carry it. Great snack food though !

I have started making a list on the weekend and making it as grab and go as I can in the mornings. I have started bringing my breakfast and lunch and two snacks every day . I bought these things called Crumpets ( kinda like an english muffin) toast it... spread it with one wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese and put 3 slices of canadian bacon on it and pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds... filling and it's 118 calories. Also half of an english muffin with Almond Butter on it is good too. :smile:
