Let's not forget that she's 5'9. While she looks gorgeous, even in photos of her out and about in real life, I believe she's just a bit too skinny for her height. ETA: Her measurements are 33-23-34.5 I'd say she's a lot skinnier than she looks in photographs. A 23 inch waist for her height seems too small to me... But…

Low carb, low sugar. Gotcha. Thanks!

Thanks, I've got some researching to do. I'm really new at all this so I don't know all the different types.

Thank you, I've tried a few kinds of protein bars and found them pretty disgusting. I'll have to look for that one and give it a try, I've heard others mention it as well.

Thanks for the input! I am usually fairly low on protein so I thought I'd try the shakes. Being a very picky eater I need all the help I can get. LOL!

Bump..... I don't drink protein shakes yet, but it's in my very near future! There are great suggestions here!

Pickles! Call me weird, but I absolutely love dill pickles. They are like 5 or less calories depending on the size and surprisingly they fill you up for a while! When I was a kid I could eat a whole jar AND drink the juice! Not so much anymore, one maybe two whole pickles and I'm good for a while. ETA: Snacking is…

Thanks. I was wondering if it had something to do with the way I breathe. I'm new to the whole fitness thing as of January, before that I was pretty lazy oh and I smoked. It's been almost two years since I've smoked and that's where all my weight came from. I bet it's still going to take a while for my lungs to adjust. I…

I guess I would really have to say both. It's easy for me to control the amount of calories I consume BUT I do not like healthy food, so the quality of my food isn't great. So that's hard on my weight loss. And the exercise portion is a bit difficult, I try to make a habit of it but I am such a procrastinator that I'll say…

www.yummly.com This site is great although it's not specifically a "skinny" site but if you do searches for "low calorie" "skinny" "healthy" or any other specifications for your recipes it gives you tons of options.

I am 5'1 and my goal weight is about 120lbs. I have a bit of a larger/wide frame so when I get down around 110-115 I look sickly even though that is my "suggested healthy weight". I am 26 years old and I currently weigh 173lbs, I started at 203 (which is the heaviest I've ever been) and still have a long ways to go.…

If you're not afraid of wearing other people's old clothes, thrift shops are great. Super cheap and if you're planning on losing a lot of weight you won't be wearing the same size for long. Kind of silly to buy brand new clothes with each size you drop. Although if you're like me, you could go shopping in your own closet!…

Earbuds honey! You are doing great, don't allow others to bring you down! Just pop in some earbuds and turn up some great music.... Keep your head up and show 'em you don't give a darn!

That is so great! You are inspirational! Congratulations on reaching your half way mark!

All of this^ plus: -Exercise listed twice on app but on website shows it correctly. -Seems to take much longer to load anything. -Sometimes won't load at all, sits at the "Synchronizing Measurements.." screen until my screen goes off. When I turn the screen back on it goes to my home screen. -Pictures aren't always showing…
