WOW to that big long list!!
Add a touch of honey and/or some nutmeg or cinnamon.0 -
I use milk or almond milk depending on my caloric and macro needs. If I'm really low on calories for the day I'll add fruit and/or peanut butter.0

I just add my protein powder to coffee with half and half. I look forward to it!0

I posted this last night after making a delicious shake
Want a filling, delicious protein shake? Adapt to your tastes (i'm a coconut freak but if you like vanilla, almond, or other flavors, just substitute!): 3/4 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (i use GNC Pro Performance Amp Amplified. It's delicious!), 1/2 plain lowfat greek yogurt, 1-2 tsp coconut extract and ice. Absolutely nummy and FILLING! Mine had 38 grams of protein0 -
I got protein powder with freeze dried strawberries and add it to coconut milk.0

I'm sure there are better recipes out there, but this is what I've been making for lunch a lot recently
1 5oz container dannon oikos fat free vanilla (120 cals, 12g protein)
1 banana (for taste, about 100 cals)
1 scoop Market Pantry (Target brand) chocolate whey protein (25g protein)
4oz either fat free milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk (5g protein in ff milk, 1g in almond milk but it has a sweeter taste)
top off with ice and blend
total: about 400 cals 43 g protein with fat free milk, about 380 calories 39 g protein with almond milk
you can easily take off 100 cals by skipping the banana, but I like the flavor it adds0 -
I just use Jay Robb Creamcicile protein, it doesn't need anything but ice, so good!0

I add Evoo if you want to make it thicker so it's a bit easier to digest. Extra virgin olive oil is a good fat for you as well so win win.
If your in UK you should check out https://www.theproteinworks.com/ they have some great flavours. Choc/Cherry being my fave as it tastes like a Black Forest Gateau really helps me as I've been on DP keto diet also Cherry Bakewell is great though I hated the Jaffa Cake flavour and Rhubarb and Custard was far too sweet for me. The Whey isolate is the one I use, Low carbs and still tastes great. I pay £23.99 for 1kg.
The Nutritional info on the Choc/Cherry is here http://gyazo.com/921e58568c5cee818bc4d7d52ff6bb90 or you can check on their website.
I don't really see the point in adding anything to a protein shake if it tastes as good as they do.0
