You look incredible! Congrats on your hard work and results!

Congrats! Way to push yourself to the end of Insanity. I'm currently doing the opposite by doing T25 after I completed Insanity. Your results are awesome! Way to go!
-
Wow! Very impressive - you look fantastic! Congrats!

I just started T25 but just finished Insanity for the 2nd time (a year from the last time). What I can tell you is that progress will come...but you have to push through it and stay on track. Yes, it's hard, yes, you get exhausted but you WILL get better at it! Keep a mind set of "just get through it". Even if that means…

The key is getting a heart rate monitor. You want to log what you did - not what someone else did while doing the same exercises. The only way is by tracking your average heart rate over the course of your exercise and calculating the calories burned. Most heart rate monitors available will do the calories burned…

I have one day left of Insanity then I'm going to start T25 after a week of recovery exercises. Would love to gain some friends on here that are also doing T25. Feel free to add me!

Great results! Congrats! I think I'm going to look into The New Rules of Lifting for Women for my girlfriend.

You look absolutely incredible! Congrats on your success! No doubt you're helping to inspire others on here.

Incredible progress! Keep up the amazing work!
-
I disagree - that is a big change! Keep up the great work!!!

I just do the workouts as I can. If i miss a day, I just pick up where I left off. Sometimes I'll skip the off day on Sunday if I already took a day off that week. The last time I completed Insanity it took me 65 days instead of 60. Just stick to the schedule as well as you can but I wouldn't worry about modifying it if…

Wow!!! Awesome results!!!

Definitely not trying to scare anyone. Sorry if it was interpreted that way. I'm just trying to give some helpful tips to anyone who's doing Insanity from a guy who's failed at it on multiple occasions at the start of month 2. The only way I was successful and finally finished Insanity is by doing what I mentioned in my…

You have to forget all the progress you made in month 1 and start month 2 as a completely new beginning to working out. It's all about getting through - however you can. Think back to the first couple of Insanity workouts you did when you said to yourself "Holy $@#%, this is crazy. No one could ever do this!". Sound…

You definitely can....but isn't the point of Insanity to push your self beyond your comfort level? Like others said, you won't get the same results by repeating month 1 because your body is already used to the workouts. Month 2 is tough, no doubt, but it's that change of pace that produces results. Two things that you must…

Count me in as well! Currently on month 1 week 3 for this go-round. I completed Insanity last year (progress pics in my profile) but need to get back on the train. Feel free to add me.

I'm currently in the middle of month 1 week 3. I completed Insanity last year but let myself slide and am now getting back at it. I could use some friendly motivation as well.

Best way is to get a heart rate monitory to determine your average heart rate throughout the workout. Then do a google search for "calories burned by heart rate" for a calculator and enter the amount of calories burned & duration into MFP. That's what I do. You can check out my diary. Also, after completing Insanity last…

Great video and congrats on your success!

You look fantastic! Congrats on your success!

Yep, same here. I would just wait until my HR dropped below 160 and then start up again. At the beginning when I needed more time I'd pause the DVD but as I needed shorter and shorter rest, I'd just let it play and catch up when I could. Eventually, your heart rate drops significantly during the 30 second break once your…

Are you completely exhausted lying on the floor covered in sweat and breathing heavily at the end of your Insanity workout? If not, I'd guess you might not be pushing yourself hard enough. Insanity is designed to be a maximum effort workout. If you're not giving it you're all, you won't get the type of results you're…

Here's mine: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/954485-my-insanity-results-17-5lbs-down-almost-1-2-to-my-goal Thinking of starting up round 2 soon. I've tried doing some other workouts, but nothing compares to insanity!

Here's mine. I finished up on 4/10/2013. Starting weight was 213 but I didn't take pics until week 2. Still have some work to go, but Insanity helped get me nearly half way to my goal!
-
I lost 17.5 pounds by the time I finished Insanity: The before pics were after I already lost 6.5lbs: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/954485-my-insanity-results-17-5lbs-down-almost-1-2-to-my-goal

Here's some information that might be helpful: http://www.chicagobikes.org/pdf/lakefront_trail061608.pdf But, I thought some pics/suggestions might be good as well. So, from where you're staying, here's how you get to the lake front path (right click on this pic and select "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab" as the…
