Ok, trying again! I wasn't able to edit my other post any more because I left it for over an hour. :S Hopefully this works now!!
here it is. ,
I've recently reached my goal weight so I thought I'd share my photos.
They really aren't great quality photos because I didn't want anyone taking my photos before I lost weight, but I'll show you what I have.
I am 5 9 and I started at 180 pounds about 2 years ago, I've lost about 40 pounds over the past year or so by eating right, Jillian Michaels, the gym, Livefit and now, P90X.
Word to all women out there...LIFT WEIGHTS!!!!

No companies to join, no products to buy. Just incredible results
based on sound research.
I'm 27 lbs plus down and all vitals normal.
Remember, you can do anything for 24 hours.
All the best,

Congratulations! I love seeing stories like yours. I lift weights at least 3 times per week, and though I havent lost a whole lot of weight yet I feel a LOT stronger and I love that feeling.0

congratz!! Did it take two years to get there or was there some hurdles??0
-
WTG! you're an inspiration! Thanks for sharing!0

I kinda didn't get really serious until August 2013. The before pictures probably aren't at my highest weight either. So it's taken me about 5 months to get where I am. I am still trying to lower body fat % and gain muscle.0

Great job!!!! I have to ask though.....Why do you have your face blocked out when we can see what you look like in your profile pic? LOL! It's funny!0 -
Lol because I'd rather not have tons of photos floating around the internet with my face in them. Not that I don't want people to see me, but it's easier for people to transfer these photos to other sites, then my profile picture cause my profile is private. Not that anyone would care to do so. Lol0

You look fantastic! Congrats on your success!0

WOW!! you have a smokin hot bod, good on you, well done0

Wow, you look amazing!
We have very similar stats, goals, and body type. Wondering what your diet was like? That's been the hardest for me (not that I mind, I don't want to go very low cal and lose fast--am preferring to take it slow, but there's slow, and then there's sloooow  )0 -
what kind of weight training did u do?0
-
I started with 30 day shred, finished that, and then I started live fit by Jamie Eason. It's a great place to start for lifting. I usually do some form of weight lifting at least 4 days a week.0
-
Did you lose most of your weight by doing the 30 day shred or did it start to pick up when you were weight lifting more?0
-
Definitely more with lifting, although I intermittently add in JM DVDs a few times a week when I feel like it. Hard body level 2 and banish fat boost metabolism are the best.0

Good question, but it I because the pictures I post to the thread are more accessible to float around the net then my private profile picture, Not that anyone would want to steal my pictures for anything. lol0
