18 second time around too. Quit smoking 9 months ago, so now loosing the weight that came with it. Same goal as last year around this time frame. Below 200 before my birthday in September.

I'm not done but here is my progress so far. Picture on left is close to 300 pounds, the one on the right around 175. I have gained some of it back. 20 pounds away from the pic on the right. So working my way back. ❤️

I know exactly how you feel. My scale has stopped moving. And I know from past experiences that this too will pass. I usually get a smaller pair of pants to try on and put the scale away for a bit and measure things that way. I call this phase the wall

Wow reading most of these posts sounds like I wrote them myself. Highest weight 278 lost down to 175 years ago. Starting weight 235 down 219. Goal 160 long term but want to be out of the 200 by my omg I'm going to say it 50th birthday . Please add me we can all do this with support from one another.
