I had a Fitbit emergency yesterday. On the way home from the school run I patted my belt and realised my Fitbit wasn't there. I thought back to when I last had it - dressing gown. Where was that now? Going round in the washing machine! Unfortunately, the washing machine won that battle0

Just starting and would love to join your challenge. For now, I count my steps using my phone, which is not always on me (looking into getting fitbit HR). Looking for ideas how to improve my step count. The highest I managed to get so far is about 4000 steps. Things that I've been trying to do:
- making a point to get up for at least a few minutes every hour (at work) and walk around
- now that it's not so cold anymore, going for a 10-15 minutes walk during lunch
- parking further from the stores / work and walking longer distance
- hoping to (now that the weather is nice) go for walks in the afternoon / evening (even for a few minutes)
Would love to hear what you do...0 -
