Only managed 9 of the 50 miles so far - been poorly and so missed a couple of days and did less on the others. Hope to get back on it soon. Tried another dvd today but missed Leslie ...!

Have now done the 3 mile and the 1 mile - will be great for when weather not great (which will be most of the time soon :ohwell: I know have her voice in my head whenever I walk - raced round the shop this afternoon at workout pace ...!

Have been on track in August, doing lots of walking outside and sticking to food plan but worried about September and beyond as autumn sets in . Looking forward to next month now!

I'm in too please, started week 1 and stayed on it for 2 weeks! Need some motivation to get back to it, finding convenient time is issue, maybe get up even earlier but it's sooo dark :-(
