  • I am going to start the Walking at Home, the 5 miles. I havent gotten it yet, just been walking outside. I did use the biggest loser cardio max and I liked it, never made it past the first level, that was last year.
  • So far I have found that I like Kroger Carb master( at fred meyer), it has 60 calories, 4 carbs, and 8 protein and its not too bad. I eat it almost every day for breakfast
  • I went through the same thing last month and I went out and got the MIO energy, it has caffeine in it and it really helped me. Just don't go back to soda... its hard to stop once you drink it again. You can do it!!!!

  • Okay I have been wondering this for days.MFP has me at 1580 cal a day, that on the little/ no exercise. So I put in all my info into fat2fit and it says my bmr 2129 calories and then sedentary 2164. So there is a big difference. Can someone help explain what I need to be eating.
  • Today Ive have sweet potato fries only, but usually I eat one salad a day. Its usually 3 cups of veggies a day, thats my usual side salad. It is coming back tomorrow.

  • Today I felt like Yes I did more than my goal today. I just started working out on the elliptical and was only able to do 11 mins. My goal was to do 15, but I did 20 mins. I am so happy its getting a little easier. Makes me feel great
