I'm in the same boat. The best thing I can offer is knowing that every moment is another chance to make it right, and keep going.

I know what you mean. It's okay. Getting that stress out at home or at the gym is a great motivator sometimes, though!

the cut of your collarbone and hips are definitely something to be proud of, too. awesome!

My yearly con is in 7 weeks. I need to at least look as good as I did last year. 8) (drop 15 pounds.)

My pants kept ripping, and I could only blame weak fabric for so long. My daughter wants to go outside and play with mama, and that doesn't work if I'm exhausted just from being alive. My fiancée thinks I'm hot, and I want to prove it to myself, too.

so happy everyone is trying their best to make it through! and getting rid of BIG clothes is a BIG deal! (yeah, I'm proud of myself for that.) today, I dyed my hair and got my eyebrows done and saw a loss on the scale. so today, I felt really good about myself and I can't wait for the first official weigh in next week.

@Micheller1210 - nice going. I should really toss some batteries in mine, but I'm sort of scared to touch them with how long they've been in there right now 8) @NoIdea101NoIdea - that's a plan in place! which is all you really need. @matthewsfive - thank you! I appreciate it. this kind of stuff always helps me not feel so…

Some befores and currents! 24 years old, started ~300, am currently 208. Officially lost 84 pounds that I've tracked. Goal: 156.

I'm having a hard time keeping it together lately with school stressing me out (I'm in an accelerated, online only program), and work having me there full time. Any tips for busy bees?

I'm Kade. Sup? I did the Drop 20 by Easter - went from 231.6 to 209.6 in that time. From April to September, I've maintained. I'm 208 right now, gone a little higher and a little lower, but this challenge is what gave me the kick I needed last time. I set a goal of 185 for this year. If I can't make it, I'm confident I can…

I set a goal for myself. 185 pounds by NYE 2015 - that's about 23 pounds away for me. Why not go for it in the seventh inning stretch?

if these are huge, I'm sorry! went from an 18 in high school up to a 24, am now a 12/14.

I'm a barista working 32.5 hours every week [breaks taken out]. my activity level is set to be "lightly active". I don't count work calorie burn, because that's just part of my life. the only exercise I count is what I do in addition to it - runs, lifting, etc.
-
Brilliantly done.

I know the feeling, sister. Good job!

I got deleted off the spreadsheet :(

As just myself looking in the mirror, I see the same person I've always seen - I just have to tilt my head down to see all my chins instead of staring them dead on. I see the numbers. Friends and I (who are also working hard on themselves) discuss it all the time. The first thing out of my mouth when I meet new people is…

I don't have any specific pre-lift to "what I lift right now", but I've been doing it for a bit now. I only was able to use the bar, essentially. 125 squat. 155 deadlift. 100 row. 80 bench. and I have to deload to 60 OH because I kept failing my last set of 70. :( either way, I use their app and I love it.

I log my weight weekly. if I'm curious, I step on my scale whenever I want. I measure once a month. I calculate my body fat percentage and my tdee and play around with all my numbers then.
