I don't think what you did would be considered "cheating" . You listened to your body's needs and adjusted accordingly. To me cheat day is going completely off the wagon and eating whatever you want not restricting portion size, most likely unhealthy stuff too.

My experience with my easytone's wasn't that great, I had to throw mine out. When I walked I could feel the balance ball under the ball of my feet pushing through. It bruised the ball of my foot, it hurt for a couple of weeks.

Take it one day at a time. Try not to look at the end result (just yet) make small goals, I do 10 lbs increments and believe me when you lose that 1st 10 lbs you're going to be so happy. I also keep telling myself that I didn't put the weight on overnight and the weight will not come off overnight. Best of luck.

I go to the gym and I'm no small gal. At my gym there is all kinds of people from small to large and all fitness levels. I felt the same way you did and it took me a few visits before I realized nobody cared what I looked like or did. Trust me go a couple of times and that will build your confidence up. Good luck.
