Are abs forming? The reason i ask is because they are squishy not hard Like I always thought they would be.

Sorry I don't know how to post a picture on the forum. If they are abs I'm about to lose them because I'm in the kitchen stuffing my face with cake. Ha ha hence the oven in the background!

It looks like the start of abs! I wouldn't really know though, I've never had any nor seen them in person. But it looks like you are getting some definition for sure. Lot's of muscles are squishy until you flex right?0 -
Looks like abs to me. I'm not sure why they'd be "squishy" with that little fat on your body. Do you mean they aren't rock hard? Unflexed, they should feel kind of solid but with flexible give. Like a trampoline?0

I always find this question weird. Abs = abdominal muscles. I sure hope you have them otherwise your some weird natural wonder.0

They are definitely getting there! Looks great, keep it up!0

Not even close. It looks you have 10+ pounds to lose to see anything.0

I would take your advice but considering losing 10 pounds would put me at 97 pounds at 5'6, I think I'll pass.0 -

You are doing well. The fat is gone. Now the abs need to pop out.0 -
The camera is too low, there is no way to tell.0

Don't waste your breath on this idiot.
I would give about anything to have your abs. Well done.0 -
Abs....I see 'em
Good job0 -
I see them!
You lost 78 lbs? Wow you look great! I wouldnt mind having your tummy, haha.0 -
Yes I see them. Great job0
-
Btw that's just how I want my stomach. Flat with some abs definition but not extremely popped out. Just visible0

I couldn't help it...had to report this jerk.
You look amazing!0 -
Everybody has abs, even you! Some are covered with a layer of fat (some thicker, some thinner) that obscures them.0

Yeah, but you know that's not what she was asking, right?
OP, congrats on the loss! And yes, you have them. A small bf % loss will make them a bit more defined. You may need some weighted abs work to make them pop a bit more though.......0 -
Loosing more weight would put you to underweigt group. This is the beginning of abs, keep working!0

Thanks everybody for replying!0

Your stomach looks amazing. I think you have great abs. I would love for my stomach to look like that. Maybe one day. That is where I carry all my fat though.0

That advice is right though for a guy.
That's about 14-15% BF on a guy. A true 6 pack is a good 10+ lbs away.
A guy that says he has abs, with his abs looking like that, does not have abs.
Like the OP said, they are squishy not hard. Squishy = fat.0
