Wasnt sure where the best place to ask this question was - i figured exercise would be it....
I am looking for a good "binding" sports bra - extra supportive - I usually buy a size too small just to keep my "girls" from moving at all. I am a 34 C - I am also 40 and have had three children and my I have fluctuated from a D cup to a B cup with my ups and downs in weight loss... I want to prevent any more "sagging"
any suggestions would be very helpful and greatly appreciated...
THANK YOU

I have a couple of Enell sports bras. I'm larger on top then most and believe me when I say this, the girls don't move.0

Check out Title Nine. They test all their sports bras and they have some great ones.0

Under Armour Sports Bras are really good. That's what I wear when I work out.0
