Exercise and weight loss

This is my 3rd weekend of marathon walking however, this week despite eating 1200 or a little more the scales are telling me I have put on 2lbs!!!

HELP!!!!

    Don't trust the scale, throw it out. 3rd weekend of marathon walking your doing awesome!!! You must feel great, trust in that.

    What is Marathon walking?How much distance do you do at the weekend?Are you eating enough? your body could be holding on to weight because you are taking in so little! Just an opinion now Im not being critical! Sounds like a pretty strenous sport!

    26 miles!!! I have over eaten on a couple if days but not by much, only 300 cals at most.

    I burn between 1800 and 2000 cals when I've finished but cant possibly eat them all back which is why I try to est more during the week. Having said that I went out for dinner tonight but did not have alcohol....boo hoo!!!!
