i have noticed some increased issues with breaking out in spots, but it only lastes a week or so. i do have an IUD though so my hormones tend go behave themselves too

i walk loads with my kids. about 10 mile a day on average ( they ate in a buggy or buggy board for most of it so please don't call child services) i also try to fit in at least 2 10k runs as well as some heavy weight lifting where i can.

i have done 2 rounds of insanity so i will include one for each round and a start to finish for you guys round 1 i went from 226 lbs to 198lbs round to i went from 198lbs to 175 lbs start in january to finish in june............................-51lbs Hope this helps x

Im 5 "7 my start weigh was 226 in january i am now 176 5 months later. i stuck to about 1400 cal eating healthy but is could have been better. im 5 7" appers that was to low. im currently following the plan in this round (2nd). and i cannot recommend it enough! i feel great. full of energy and always satisfied x
