I have an elliptical that I love!! If you can afford it get a personal trainer, they can show you around and you might feel more comfortable. Then you will know a name to a face when you go there more.

I always remind myself about how good I feel after a workout. Do you have an inspiration wall or board. It helps me, I have all my gym equipment in my garage and I read it and think of new fun things to add to it while I am working out. Have your kids do a drawing or art project for you to get inspired.

Add me i am on daily and I like to email back and forth. Ask me anything I am an open book. I workout daily because I put them first when my 20 month old takes his nap.

I set goals for the week and ask other people to join me. This week it is 100 push-ups a day. I break it up into sets 25 throughout the day. Friend me and we can set goals each week.:happy:
