I was'nt happy, but it was success :P

Hi all,
So, im looking back at my before and after pics, and feel so stupid for not congratulating and respecting myself for what I achieved!
I lost a little more weight after the after photo shown, and still felt chubby,.....
And as a result, I am now up 7kg from that point, and am struggling to find the motivation to get back down,
So, to the people reading this.....
Success it completely within everyone's capabilities, but you have to tell yourself that your doing a good job and that you're beautiful, otherwise it doesn't work.
So, with the after pic, what's your opinion of it? Does it look like a good weight or could I lose more?
Thanks :):):)
Im determined to get back on track!
:)

You look great! I wouldn't lose anymore. You can always start lifting to get stronger.

You look great in the second picture! As Care76 suggested, maybe try lifting to get more toned and stronger?
  • Aw wow, really?! Thank you but I could never feel comfortable at that weight :( I wish I could accept my body more easily!

You look great! I would try lifting or doing 30 day shred, Insanity, or T25!

I would be super happy with looking like either of those pictures! I was the same way though, back when I was a size 5(smallest I've ever been) I thought I was so fat and was unhappy! I would LOVE to be in a size 5 minus all my stretch marks and grossness now LOL That being said, I'm a size 11 now, still want to lose about 20-30 pounds and tone up, but my tummy showing days are over ;)

I agree with everyone though, just focus on eating great, and add some weight training!

The weight of the first picture is better IMO, but I agree with everyone else.

If you tone up at the weight you are now, you probably wouldn't have to lose the kilos and look even better than in the first foto. There are alot of examples of women toning up on this site and looking better at a higher weight with more muscle.

It's not all about the weight. And learn to love yourself. You have achieved alot!
