did this in the toilet cubicle each time I visited the loo at work (quite a few times due to the pints of water i've been gulping down)! increased time by 5 seconds each visit, but if i keep this up by the end of the week I'll never be out of the ladies and folk will wonder what on earth i'm up to!!

a day late, but thats more than 500 burned doing zumba and spinning

good challenge - attempted to do it with veggies - had carrots, savoy cabbage, tomato, beetroot, and sweetcorn. Nearly there!

30 minutes of circuits, gonna be sore tomorrow :laugh:

bit late, but got the pushups done last night

walking done - was chilly and breezy out there :flowerforyou:

that was a long long 15 mins, but feel better now I've done it

50 crunches done in among resistance/strength training at the gym

did a mixture of treadmill (walking - cannae jog/run to save myself), cross trainer, rowing machine and bike

day 1 complete, bring on the cardio!
