I've been logging it as low impact aerobics, but when I compare the 25 mins of low impact for slim in 6 to a 30 minute brisk paced walk, I burn about 30 calories more for the walk. I try to eat as clean as I can. I avoid wheat, sugar, and most dairy. I only have a few processed items that I eat regularly, but I'm learning more every day! I'd love to make some more clean buddies. My diary is private for now, but maybe I'll be ready to crack it open soon with some encouragement and good examples…
