Seems to me you already know what the problem is. :-) Are you not eating enough? Eating too much? Eating poorly? Diet is a huge component in losing weight.

I know this is kind of off topic BUT - I don't know this girls height - but honestly I thought she looked perfect at a weight around 130ish. 114 is still too small. She's a beautiful girl but is looking pretty skeletal. More to the topic at hand: She is young and young skin bounces back alot more quickly than older skin.

Thanks for the tips! I will definitely start adding more snacks into the mix and upping my calories a bit and hopefully I will see enough improvement that I can get in a workout without feeling like I'm walking in molasses! :yawn:
