I've completed the 30 days and I took rest days every week. I did however do 10 days at each level. So just count the number of times you complete a workout at each level and make sure you do 10 days at each. I've lost inches and my body has changed so I really don't think it matters if you do the 30 days in a row.

I love my lululemon bra. I think it's the tata tamer. lol. I'm a c-d depending on the brand. I swear they keep messing around with sizes in all clothes just to mess with your mind. Anyway, mine are heavy/dense and I run in this bra with very little movement.

Yes, I have a Mio. It has two buttons on the face that you lay your first two fingers on and it gets your Hr it is accurate. It counts calories among other things. I am almost done level 3 of the 30 day shred. I couldn't believe how much stronger I was by the start of level 3. I think pushing through level 2 helped because for me it was the hardest. I could never run in the AM on an empty stomach. I would start to feel very nauseous. I also would run out of gas more quickly than if I ate before hand. :)
