  • I understand your frustation. With that said, I can totally tell you are slimming down. Not just your face but your neck and your shoulders too. Keep pushing girl........you are going to have those days when you question if it is worth all the hard work. Just know that YOU are worth all the hard work. Strive to be better…
  • I count my WOD's under cardio- circuit training. I have a couple other friends that do the same. I don't eat back my exercise calories anyway so I feel like that is probably a pretty good estimation. I have been SO sore this week. We have had really tough WOD's! Monday we did Fran, Isabelle and Elizabeth all in the same…
  • EVOO and red wine vinegar.....great mix of zip and good fats. I love spinach, pecans, strawberries, feta, red onion and EVOO/red wine vinegar!!!
  • Don't know who said it but I saw it at the doctor's office the other day and loved it. Her life began the day she realized there was just enough time in the days for the important stuff.

  • My trainer tells me that abs are made in the kitchen. I have the same problem and I have a lot more weight to lose than you do but I know if I keep eating right, eventually I will have a flat stomach. I do exercise but totally agree with the trainer, you are what you eat. I went to primal eating at Easter and am feeling…

  • Great job! You have a lot to be proud of. I know how hard you had to work to get it off!:flowerforyou:
  • Good for you trying something new. If you love to dance, enjoyed the music and the other women were nice I say that is quite enough to stick with it. I started Zumba last year about this time and did it for several months. It even got to where I didn't feel I was burning as much calories because I got more comfortable with…
