If you don't eat atleast 1200 Cals a day your body will go into starvation mode.

I am 5'7 & 163lbs. I am wearing size 10 jeans but they are a bit big but my size 8s are too tight in the legs. I am shooting to get to 150! Best of luck to you!!!!

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the packaged foods. Drink lots of water and watch your sodium. If you want something sweet and low cal try some sugar free pudding. I try to eat atleast 1200 calories but I also exercise so I don't know much about it. I'm sure it will be hard at first but you will get use…

YES! It reallly does work! I have lost 17lbs in a little over 2 months. Not a HUGE loss but great for me! If you follow what MFP give you for callories and exercise you will see loss too!
