As mentioned by Paytenpar, losing that much weight so quick isn't good long term. You definitely need to up your calories.

I tend to make stuff like high protein low carb chocolate cake or carrot cake so that i have a decent snack in the afternoon/evening. Main thing for me in planning, if i plan it in advance i can eat pretty much anything.

As long as you hit your macros don't worry about it... yes its harder to fit in the all the other macros with a treat but as long as u plan you'll be fine. Maybe making stuff like POV cake will help curb your cravings... join FB pages like Macro Magic etc....

I'm in the same situation i work 60 hours per week and have finally been allowed a lunch break. So i intend on running to the gym completing 30 minutes of weights and running back this totals about 50 minutes of exercise over dinner which should help. I plan on doing a 5 day split through the week and hopefully get an hour…

Well congrats, you've done the hardest part, getting onto the app and starting the exercise/diet. Now keep it up, this is a very good app and forum.

I prefer working out in the evening mainly due to being full of energy as in the mornings i can be quite sluggish.

Totally agree i work Monday to Friday 12 hour shifts, and i still manage to get to the gym 4 times a week. Yes you will be slightly tired but your body will get used to it and what i always say is i hate being fat more than i hate feeling a bit tired.

You shouldn't need strangers saying great job every time you post something, yes every now and then is great but you should know yourself if your doing well... Check the mirror. check the scales...

I have a jelly around 21:00 but thats within my calories. just try to spare some if you know your going to get hungry at night.

Hi i do 12 hour shifts sat behind a desk 5 days a week with no breaks, i tend to try and walk about every hour even if its just to the toilet or for a drink.
