You have mentioned that you have to be at or below 30% BMI to qualify for the discount, correct? However, you have not mentioned what your current BMI with your stats... Have you gone to see your doctorto inquire on your current BMI? That will be my suggestion since they may also point to alternative (dr.approved) routes…

If you want to know if a hardboiled egg is fully-cooked and don't mind a bit of fun --- Take the egg and spin it on the counter vertically (where the "most pointed end" is on the bottom). If the egg spins easily, then it is cooked. If it wobbles, continue boiling/baking/or however you like. :wink:

i have a habit of weighing every other day just to see if i'm on track.. but my official weigh-in is on Wednesday between 8:30-9:30 in the morning after bathroom use and in my undies only. i try to track around the same time for consistency :smile:

hecks yeah! banana.... i would have it in a shake.. by itself.. in a sandwich (pb&j w/banana - what do you know about that? o_O).. so when i joined and logged my first banana.. i was like WTF O_O i ate 300 alone just on bananas... um, so yeah.. it's only 1-a-day (no pun intended) .. ;-)
