just finished W5D3 the 20 min run..it was as brutal as it sounds. I warm up at 3.5 and run at 6.0. I had to stop for about 30 seconds after 15 minutes but I think that's because I am running at a pretty fist pace. i had a similar problem at CPK the other day. they offer half size salads and I would just get the dressing on the side or only eat half the pizza. that would keep you right around 400-600 calories.
