Hey sounds awsome. I'm in Sarf London too and don't have that much to loose but enough to make it a challange. I just got turned down from the Marathon which is a bummer as I was going to use that as my big motivation. Any ideas on another good local challange? K

Fab, thanks guys. Obvioulsy I wanted you all to say - yes go for it eat an extra 250 calories but you're right. I will compromise and stop the clock after my warm down. Thanks

You can get some pretty cheap cds calling 101 running tunes etc. which are pretty good. I confess I love working out to songs that I can picture the music video to as they are usually full of people with tiny waist and no flab - which inspires me!!

I'm 5ft and find it tricky as a little weight gain = a lot of inches, or at least it seems to!! You're in the right place though we'll all be properly petitie in the end! K

Well done you!!

How would I work out my percentage of body fat?
-
Oooo! great idea - just got a new heart monitor. Will def be trying to add some new exercises, will it count as cheating to bake energentically? incorperating dance moves into coooking a chocolate cake has possibilities!!
-
Absolutely!! The best thing I found was being able to spot the things that piled on the weight on and think - are they worth it. E.G. the 2 chocolate bickies at work - not worth it but the glass of wine on a friday night definatley worth it!

Julia Quinn is great in a sort of embarrassing good regency romance kind of way! You know the sort of book where you know what is going to happen by the end of page 2 but you love reading the whole thing anyway?
-
These are completly AMAZING!!!!  Does anyone else notice how much younger people look in the after photos? I've been worried that loosing weight will make me look older but you peeps have really inspired me!! My before pics are on my hard drive....just working on the afters!
-
Don't worry I found it tough at first too! Before you know it you'll get used to the rough calorie content of stuff and then be able to fill up on the good things. I have to say 100 calories is not wildly excessive though that's about half a cookie! I found eating little but time consuming things like sultanas and fruit…
-
OMG! That's amazing! I've got my first Zumba class tonight - is it on the exercise database?
-
Cool! Thanks for the quick replies! If I'm honest with myself I have also have several bad days as have been on holiday! So it's probably more that!!

Fab work! Well done! Next time you're at the Supermarket wear some fabulous heels - cling on to the trolley for dear life - and practise walking! Much cooler than a walking frame but pretyy much the same thing! You're been goregous and in high heels for the conference!!

Laughing cow scrabbled eggs 1 egg 1 laughing cow sprikle of pepper some elbow grease with the fork and 20 secs in the microwave. Lovely creamy scrambled eggs without butter or oils or all that jazz!
