Hi. I'm returning as well. I am 5'10 and my goal is 175 as well. I have a little over 100 lbs to lose. I am convinced that this works, so I am going to stick to it this time. Good luck!!

I started it January 2. Level 1 was difficult but I got through it. I saw results almost immediately. I had a very hard time doing level 2 and quit. I am going to start again February 1 and I am determined not to quit again. Stick with it even if you have to modify it a bit. That's my plan. Good luck!

I just ordered the BodyMedia Fit System yesterday. I am even more excited now after reading these helpful comments. I didn't feel like the "calories burned" was always accurate. It seemed as though I was getting too much credit for exercising. I think this will help a lot.
