I started it January 2. Level 1 was difficult but I got through it. I saw results almost immediately. I had a very hard time doing level 2 and quit. I am going to start again February 1 and I am determined not to quit again. Stick with it even if you have to modify it a bit. That's my plan. Good luck!

I just ordered the BodyMedia Fit System yesterday. I am even more excited now after reading these helpful comments. I didn't feel like the "calories burned" was always accurate. It seemed as though I was getting too much credit for exercising. I think this will help a lot.
