This is awesome! I like how you listed out your areas you did awesome in but also areas you weren't so awesome in.

I've always preferred larger meals over the 6 baby sized servings. I eat 2 large meals a day and one big snack.
-
LOL yeah I noticed that too.. and I only noticed that I hit my first goal because my daily caloric requirements and macros changed. There's no celebration at all.. BUT I do like the weight loss milestone popups. ie the "Congrats 30lbs lost!" Congrats on your weight loss!
-
Just in time for the holiday feast! Eat up folks.. lol
-
First off congrats on the weight loss! Most don't realize that the hardest part of losing weight is maintaining the weight loss. Based on the info you provided, you are still 27 lbs lighter than you once were! You got this! There's lots of support around here.

I drink a diet soda from time to time and have had no issues with losing weight.
-
Honestly, If you're not hungry then don't eat. I think you may be adding more chicken to your salad than you realize, keeping you fuller longer. It's very easy to underestimate
-
Ditto what everyone else said! Awesome job!
-
Ah easy.. One day at a time! You don't have to start over, you just have to keep moving forward. Get back to your routine now that most of the festivities are over. Get back in the gym and get back to logging. :) You got this!

:D :) Bhahaha
-
Yay!! I too can relate! Good work

If I were in your situation I'd focus on recomp. Eating at maintenance and following a progressive lifting plan. It seems like if you were to cut at this point you'd be disappointed with the results. Use the pix you've shared here as a starting point and get on a lifting program, stay consistent and take progress pix again…

I use Herbalife as well, not like the traditional plans but I do use the shakes post workouts and PDM for snacks. Feel free to add me!

Can someone post the name of the Group here.. If there was one created? Or confirm that we are going to use this thread.. Lol Thanks y'all!

This happened to me with my digital scale and an analog one in the community restroom. You need a new scale. I was using both daily watching the digital spit out the same number and the analog showing a downward trend. The digital scale finally died and I use the analog one now.

I read 3lbs and was like whaaattt! lol How do you feel? You say that you feel healthy and happy and if so, try maintaining for a while. You can always work to lose the last 7lbs later if you think you should. Take care and great work on the weight loss!

I think there is a group on here.. not in the forums but in the group section.

Yes. Stick to your caloric target and you can still lose weight. It's calories in vs calories out.
-
hi! I sent you a request! Good luck on your journey and happy logging!
-
I paid for the year so that I could keep my macros up front.. anyway.. its' cheaper if you pay for the year in one lump sum versus paying month to month.. if you want to pay for features. If you will use the features, then pay... if you are just starting out and have just basic weight loss/gain goals then I would recommend…

Hi! I sent you a friend request!
-
I also wanted to add that I log it here each day. I have a friend that only weighs once a month though. It's all about what works for you.
-
I weigh every day. Weighing once a week was stressing me out. Daily weighing keeps me focused on my goals for the day.
-
Well.. "keep going" towards your goals anyway. Honestly, the community won't get you to your goal.. tracking, logging and sticking to the plan will get you to your goal. Track here and find another community that can give you the support you're looking for. *Best of luck to you!*

I am on an IIFYM plan.. I only paid for the premium so as to give myself a solid year of no BS logging & tracking to hit my goal. I like that you can set different calorie goals depending on the day... I've used that feature here and there. If you are eating the same amounts of food each day, and not tracking macros.. I…

I've been able to use the little pocket that's on my gym leggings. I've been so happy about this convenient little pocket that I just recently discovered.
-
I agree with this as well. Something that has also works for me. If what yiu are currently doing is working.. Stick with it. Good luck!

I eat bigger meals so that I am fuller longer. 6 small meals don't work for me, I'd rather have 2 large meals and room for a later snack if I need it.
