First spend at least 3 months on the "free" version. I can't imagine needing more.0

I paid for the year so that I could keep my macros up front.. anyway.. its' cheaper if you pay for the year in one lump sum versus paying month to month.. if you want to pay for features.
If you will use the features, then pay... if you are just starting out and have just basic weight loss/gain goals then I would recommend trying the free features first. You may find that you don't' need the paid version.0 -
I paid for the month of November to see whether I would like it and yes I did. I will be starting again on January 1. I need to do calorie cycling and the Premium version allows me to do that. One year subscription works out to be: $49.99/12 = $4.17 or $49.99/365 = $0.14 per day.0
