Great job!! I'm also relatively new to SL 5x5 and SOOOOOO much weaker in the upper body so those gains in the bench are awesome!! Enjoy the PR!! I'm very encouraged with lifting in that it gives us more objective info on our progress other than the scale and the NSV's are so worth it!

I've just finished the 4th week and starting " recovery week" on Monday. Will weigh and measure tomorrow, but have lost 3 lbs so far and definitely inches. Thank you all for posting! Will def start lifting heavy as soon as I finish this round of Insanity. You are inspirational!! Morebean, your FL is right! Posting the stats does inspire others! I feel just about ready to ditch my scale and solely measure my progress with measurements and progression with lifting.
