  • I have pain in my knees also sometimes. It has gotten better since I have been doing strength training in my legs. But it flairs up if I run or do anything with jumping. I have taken Glucosamine Chondroitin when I have problems and it seems to help me.

  • I think that guy's arm looks strange! Seriously, I don't know. It seems drinking two shakes in the "nutrition window" which can be a lot of calories and a lot of carbs, may be good for muscle building but not for burning fat. Maybe it is good to do that for strength training workouts, but not for cardio workouts???
