I did 15 minutes of a Jillian Michael workout. No More Trouble Zones. How would I log that? I want it to be in strength since you are holding your weights pretty much the whole time.

Hi - I found the best way for me to enter exerises like that is to wear a heart monitor with calories burned calculator. I found a heart monitor on Amazon that was decently priced. So now, when I do a P90X workout and I calculate that I burned 300 calories doing Cardio X, I just enter my exercise as "Aerobics, High Impact" and enter in the minutes until it corresponds to the calories I actually did burn. More accurate than guessing.....
Hope that helps - I was having trouble myself with this question.
