    I think that guy's arm looks strange! Seriously, I don't know. It seems drinking two shakes in the "nutrition window" which can be a lot of calories and a lot of carbs, may be good for muscle building but not for burning fat. Maybe it is good to do that for strength training workouts, but not for cardio workouts???
