  • I've simply noticed that the scale doesn't really demonstrate fitness. For me, I like to measure my thighs every month or so even if there isn't much change (I store things there and not my stomach, so I at least try to maintain), but the scale changes; I always weigh more during track season and less if I'm focusing more…
  • Hi there! I'm Kat, and I'll admit, I forget about this site at times, but I'm more interested in supporting others now than about my own stuff...I'm in the middle of track, so that keeps me on top of my fitness, although I think I'm going to try to keep track of some of my exercises, though =) good luck!
