I too love pasta! As a long distance runner, I always joke that I eat pasta to run fasta. For me, penne is my favorite with tomato basil sauce, spinach, and Italian seasoning.

I just stick with plain cheerios and put blueberries/strawberries/yogurt with it.

Sliced an avocado, put an egg in each half, sprinkled parsley, italian season, and picante salsa on it . Baked it for 30 minutes and ate it with some early grey tea, toast, and brown rice.

Almost doubled my original goal this month woo. Next month I'll be aiming for 40-50 miles. Having surgery Aug 7 for a deviated septum, so I'll be out of action a couple weeks.
