Do you count calories every day?

Do you count calories every day and make sure to stay at your goal each day? Or do you give yourself a day off where you don't worry about calories?

I try to track everything but sometimes I guesstimate if I eat out. I find if I track consistently I'm less likely to mindlessly snack or overeat.

Every single day, and if I go over I try to keep to my weekly total.

I do, even days I know I'll go over. It's fun to see what I had. :)

Everyday. I follow a weekly goal so if I'm over one day then I can balance it out on others.

When I was losing, I only had a 250 cal deficit so if I had a day without tracking then I could have easily blew my weekly deficit.

ETA: it's such a habit now that I spend a total of maybe 5 minutes a day weighing and logging. I don't give it much thought anymore.

its stressful for some. I find it to be fun waking up every day with the challenge of eating what I want and making it fit. So I log every day.

Always. Even with 6 months without internet or smartphone access, I kept a food journal and preplanned meals to keep a balanced intake. Even when I have a celebratory feast (holidays, etc, 3,000-5,000cal days), I log/journal my intake.

Everyday, with the exception of a few holidays that are too hard to track (like Thanksgiving and Christmas for example). Otherwise, everyday.

I track everyday, except for holidays. I still try not to eat every thing in sight though when I dont.

Every day, because I like to save up calories for my drinking weekend.

I did not log on Christmas Day, and I made up a number for New Year's Eve (I logged the day, but took a wild guess for the evening).

Otherwise, I log every day. Even the 3000 cal days. It allows me to look back over the data to see if there are any trends in hunger, overeating, and over-restricting. It is amazing what I have learned about myself since I began logging.

Every day, good or bad. I won't act like the bad days didn't happen, I still want to see what went wrong.

I track every day, even if I go over. Habitual. The only time I don't, is when I'm backpacking, but I've usually budgeted/planned calories for each day for fuel anyways.

Exactly how I think of it.

Every day except special occasions where it's tough to track. Sometimes these are just guesstimates (like hotel room service).
