Definitely STOP weighing every day!! Once a week at most....and weigh in the am. Your weight can fluctuate a lot daily just over a bowel movement or lack thereof! So stop! Also. Finished day 23 today - I haven't missed a single day (which I'm very proud of!). I'm still long level 2.. Thinking of staying with L2 til day 25. Then doing my last 5 days at L3. I did take befores. I don't skip any but the push-ups are really hard for me. I do as many as I can for as long as I can. The first day I did maybe 5. Today I did 12-15 each set. So getting better! The first day I was exhausted and sweaty and thought I'd die. Today was day 5 and much much much better!
