No Im too young for knee replacement surgery. Its bone grafting with a partial open knee. I would have to be non weight bearing for at least 3 months With a small child and my job its not an option

Where do you get Turbo Jam or the Chalean one? I would Ideally want something that pushes me. But easy on the joints. I have the mind frame if Im not sweating its not working.

With Kettleballs do you need a class or is it something that you can do on your own? The only gym in this town is just a gym no classes just a small selection of workout equipment.

Its a shame that skinny people are made fun of just as much as heavy people. I just wish people were not so judgemental. You are skinny and want to loose weight you have an eating disorder s No one sees it as just trying to make lifestyle choices to be healthy fit toned or a better you.

I know that vinegar is awesome. I use it to clean, softner in laundry, soak my tired aching feeties and a mask for my hair. It works awesome for that stuff.

I just did not know if there was reasoning behind it? I can not imagine people actually liking the taste of it? Im not sold on it. Just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something. Most of the ingrediants I understand why they are in there. Just not that apple cider vinegar.

Thank you for your reply. I know it is expensive but so is his eating habits of grabbing a snack during break and eating breakfast out every morning. Right now with nothing. I do notice if I get somewhat dehydrated my bladder hurts. I used to be on amitriptilyne and Elmiron and never really noticed a difference with them. For my back I try to do alot of lower back streches.

I too have IC. I havent had any problems with it for awhile. I have never meet anyone before that has it also. I also have osteo arthritis in my lower back and right knee. I just try to find exercises that dont bother it.
