Thanks guys! I originally bought it to replace flour (I love baking!), so I guess it's not meant to be used that way. Well, I will just try to throw a bit in everything I eat like you guys said and see how it works :)

Hey, college student here also! I made a dozen turkey stuffed peppers last weekend, and I have been having them for dinner for the past two days. They are DELICIOUS and HEALTHY (full of proteins, good fats, vitamins...) I have been cooking a lot lately and found lots of good recipes on Pinterest :P

I normally stop eating by 8pm. But there are times that I just get hungry before bed, so I eat some fruits, normally an apple or a grapefruit (I know there's plenty of sugar in them, but they're natural and filling). Sometimes I would have a glass of warm soy milk.
