WOW!!!! All of you guys support and words and advise and encouragement is enough to help me out I wanna print this page and whn I feel tempted read all of your advise and struggles and support then maybe I'll be distracted enough to not want to eat!!!! My heart felt thanks I was really beating myself up!!!!

not being in control of outside problems or conflict. When ever I dont know what to do and get nervous thinking how am I gonna handle this or deal with this I eat I hide and I eat over it.

11 lbs in 3 weeks is good kido you wanna go slow. I was doing weight watcher for a while and lost 20 lbs (thyroid, menapause) then they switched the points and they way they do it. I find counting cals are better if you are eating below your cal goal and exercising your gonna have problems. I go to weight watchers still…

Mandy the DVD's are a great work out get the beginners it walks you through each Zumba step and move I bought the zumba combo pack with the sticks (they look like weights). I love it got it from Amazon.com for about 50.00-60.00 can't remember but it was worth the money cause you get a variety of workouts plus the beginners.

if you ordered the ones with the sticks they have a beginners DVD that shows you each step one at a time I love it . I took Zumba today for the second time at my YMCA here in NY and I was so lost I figure if I practice the steps at home and keep going to class I'll catch on sooner or latter. :smile:

I love love love to go to the gym I' there evry morning from 5:30 am to 7:00 am sometimes I burn anywhere from 300-900 cals I'm afraid to tap into that if I feel hungry after my daily non exercise cals cause I have thyroid disease and I'm menapausaul and I'm afraid I'll only gain.

so far your post are so encouraging I was feeling realy down I'm feeling better and a little more possitive. One thing I will NEVER do is give up I'm not a quiter !!!!! I love the support I got here today it makes up for the non-support I got today from the dietition.:flowerforyou:

I go to the YMCA 5 days a week and work with a trainers close supervision I do strength training 3 days a week and an hour and a half of cardio 2 days a week the 3 I do strength training I only lost 20 lbs in a year and a half but.....................I lost 8 inches on my waist.
