I am in a similar situation. I am not exercising,but that was factored in my daily calorie intake recommendation. I am eating even less than that but not able to shake off any weight for past 10 days. In fact, one day it looked like I was down a couple pounds, and then I gained them the very next day. Any advice?

Hello, I just started back on myfitnesspal program. Based on my past experience, I think it does take a while to get the weight off in the beginning.
