Very nice, similar to my goals except I'm 49.. 5'3 sw 147 cw 141 gw 124 or less.. I've added 1-2 gym trips a week to boost my metabolism and am trying to improve my fitbit steps, but i agree, most of it is making good food choices.

I am 49 sw 145 gw 120 . I am rethinking my gym membership. It takes 15 minutes to drive there, wastes gas.. I have a little bike at home and I can watch the shows I want. True I have no treadmill for the long east coast winter.. hesitating to drop it though as it gives me an alternative to staying home sometimes.

hmm well I guess I don't agree that the point of going to a buffet is to eat as much as I can, but then again the local buffet is 7.00 for lunch. I tend to get mostly sushi there and sashimi and maybe a dumpling or salad

The only thing I noticed is that you eat out a lot/fast food.. so as a result your sodium is pretty high sometimes.. that always messes with weight loss for me.. but everyone's different.
