Exact same number of calories, different results.
i ate the exact same number of calories 2 days in a row. Day 1 I ate healthy food, lots of fruit, lean protein..exercised. Weight stayed the same. Day 2 I went low carb, cut out the fruit but ate the same number of calories (but had a beer) and lost a pound. Calories are all the same. Why do I lose more going low carb?

I am thinking of getting an ipod nano so I can listen to music at the gym. I don't know what the difference is between different ipods. How do I attach the ipod to me? I'm afraid it would fall out of my pocket.

new gym need papers
I just joined a new gym and I don't see a place where they keep sheets to record reps/equipment use etc. Is there a good online place to print a sheet to keep a record while at the gym. Does Gold's have a place to put these records like planet fitness? thank you
