Wow.....thank you so much for posting this/ I have been lying to myself for years. I don't eat that much, I don't look like I weigh 200 pounds. Every female in my family is thick so it's ok. I am not fat just thick.

I am right here with everyone----I resolve not to eat after 7pm for the rest of this week including the weekend. IT is ashame sometimes we eat dinner so late that is crazy. Thanks for the motivation.

I try not to eat my exercise calories; however, sometimes I just have to. I normally eat all of my calories on my 'cheat" day which is once a week. I have been steadily losing one-two pounds doing that. I suppose if I don't eat my exercise calories I would lose more each week. This is a good topic thanks for posing the…

Hello I am on 1210 calories and find myself at Subway most times doing a 360 calorie sub w/o cheese and mayo.
