fiber woes

I am going over on fiber everyday somtimes even before dinner. Is this good? What are the consequences of too much fiber?

    The fibre on here is not enough....i set mine to 35 and still go over every day.....that is a good thing!!!

    Fibre is healthy & keeps you regular which both of which you need in order to lose weight in a healthy way.

    25 - 35 grams is recommended daily.... i've had 48 already today....without dinner. :smile:

    Going over on Fiber is fine. You may be a little gassy if you get too much but other than that it's okay.
