I eat peanut butter with my Cheerios, have done it since I was a kid, and now my son does it. :)

As for sauces, mustard, horseraddish, wasabi and chipolte all have strong, tasty flavors. I would find some sauce recipes that use one of those ingredients.

I agree with you Marty! I like to weigh daily. I find when I go off track I ignore the scale because I am in denial and don't wanna know, but when I am on track I am excited to see if I went down a little each day. But I know that it fluctuates so I don't get discouraged if it is up one day. Dawn

I would say eat healthy carbs and healthy fats. Have whole grains, veggies and such. And avocados and nuts and such. Just stay within your calorie limit that you are deciding on to lose weight.

I agree that the healthy fats help! And for me whole grains work wonders. A bowl of oatmeal or cheerios and I am good to go! LOL
