I had your same problem last year. Don't give up! I did and I regret it more than you know. Make sure you eat all of your calories, don't let your body keep everything you eat.

We are all doing so great!!!! =] Start weight was: 165.4 1st week: 163.4 2nd week: 162.4 WOO HOO!!!!!! 3 pounds down, 7 more to go before March 1st... I can do this... WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!

I have PB2 and PB2 chocolate flavor... They are both great.. Keep in mind that PB2 is powder PB, if you want to make it creamy you can just add a little water and use it that way.

My calorie intake is also 1200, it is more than you think. If you work out and log your work out than you get more calories! You can do this.... Welcome for joining MFP =]
