Week 1 - lost 5 (153)
Week 2 - lost 0
Week 3 - gained 1 (154)
What can I say... Valentines Day and my 10 year anniversary with my high school sweetheart - We went out of town and to a buffet and I haven't worked out since Friday .. so I expected worse but I went out and bought my healthy stuff and am starting SlimFast this week to get a little boost!
I am hoping to lose at least 2lbs this week0 -

Starting weight was 207.8
Week 1 weight was 206.2.
Week 2 weight was 203.5
Week 3 weight is 203. 4
So at least I maintained since I was sick 5 of the 7 days since the last weigh in I only got to exercise 1 day of the 7. Boo So hopefully I can get started again in a few days. After I can get over shortness of breath and coughing spell going up a flight of stairs.
